Refund & Returns Policy<\/strong>
At HutArts, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we\u2019re here to help. This policy applies to both retail and wholesale orders, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return Window<\/strong>
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eligibility for Returns<\/strong>
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or invoice is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-Returnable Items<\/strong>
The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Health or personal care items
Custom-made or personalized goods
Perishables like food, flowers
Magazines, newspapers
Hazardous, flammable, or sanitary items<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partial Refunds May Be Issued For<\/strong>
Books or printed items with signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
Items not in original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error
Items returned after 30 days from delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund Process<\/strong>
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late or Missing Refunds<\/strong>
If you haven\u2019t received a refund:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company
Check with your bank as processing time varies
If none of these steps resolve the issue, email us at sales.hutarts@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sale Items<\/strong>
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exchanges<\/strong>
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at sales.hutarts@gmail.com<\/a>. Ship your item to:

Gifts<\/strong>
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you. If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return Shipping<\/strong>
To return your product, mail it to:

Return shipping costs are the buyer\u2019s responsibility and are non-refundable. If your return is eligible for a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
