If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we\u2019re here to help. This policy applies to both retail and wholesale orders, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Return Window<\/strong><br>Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><br>To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or invoice is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><br>The following items are not eligible for return:<br>Gift cards<br>Downloadable digital products<br>Health or personal care items<br>Custom-made or personalized goods<br>Perishables like food, flowers<br>Magazines, newspapers<br>Hazardous, flammable, or sanitary items<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Partial Refunds May Be Issued For<\/strong><br>Books or printed items with signs of use<br>Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records<br>Items not in original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error<br>Items returned after 30 days from delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Process<\/strong><br>Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
